This year’s theme #BalanceforBetter is especially relevant for us at Belle Property Illawarra. We are especially proud of the mentorship culture we’ve created and the fact our company does not have a role that doesn’t have female representation (65 percent overall).
But we work hard to ensure both men and women feel equally valued within our company – there’s no reason for them not to. Gender doesn’t need to play into the importance is providing our skills and excellent service to our clients.
